Remove forge controlnet please

never get the controlnet forge to work properly please let us use the base webui controlnet, forge controlnet cant use to inpaint image in any size

the main reason why there is only built-in controlnet is because it's designed with less overhead than the other controlnet requires, which makes it more efficient in forge.

But it lacks such critical features, need keep up with the latest version.
