cmd+s shortcut overrides save on mac

Hi, this is an amazing project!

But I noticed that on a mac the editor does not save on "cmd+s" but stop the running code. Maybe another shortcut would be more appropriate for that. https://github.com/llloret/sonic-pi-vscode-editor/blob/master/package.json#L68
