Bug: quickly writing after note creation interferes with properties, inserting text in between the last ---

This might be related to the update time on edit plugin: https://github.com/beaussan/update-time-on-edit-obsidian

I didn't have the chance to check if this behavior still happens without the Update Time on Edit, but I'm assuming it does because it's really weird behavior.

How to reproduce: install both plugins, create a new note and try writing immediately. See what happens. Current workaround: wait a few seconds after creating note to start writing.

Personally I just disabled the ID plugin until this is fixed.
