Publish a release for lldb-mi

Hi, I wonder if there is any plan for publishing releases for lldb-mi?

For anyone seeing this issue and needing a binary for windows: llvm-mingw just added lldb-mi to its releases (currently available in the pre-release).

Any plan for ubuntu? Building process is frustrating

@elemental-mind thanks for the tip! How would I use it? Do I copy lldb-mi.exe from the llvm-mingw zip to /usr/bin/lldb-mi ? (I am using Ubuntu 20.04 in WSL2)
