[Feature]: Adding German and Italian language support in Abecedarium activity

Currently the activity supports only 3 languages. Adding new languages should help the activity become more useful

@llaske let me know if this activity is deprecated, I will close the issue else put a PR for new language support

We expect that languages in Abecedarium activity are recorded by real people, not by an AI. So it's not so easy to add a language. Plus I don't know Sugarizer deployments in Italian or German countries.
