Country flag doesn't display in ColorMyWorld on Windows

@llaske Sir,kindly review my PR.

Here my code modification is simple:

  • In flag.js, stored image URLs (from FlagCDN) for consistent cross-platform display.

  • In colormyworld.js, updated TOUR mode logic to display flag images.

  • Applied responsive styling so that flag images align and scale with the country name.

Now, flags are displayed on both Windows and Linux

You didn't respect the rule "Images should be host in the activity. Sugarizer must be able to run without Internet access". The @t-aswath PR is better.
