I've ported the current version to Visual Studio 2022 in my fork: https://github.com/pragmatrix/SmoothScroll/releases/tag/3.2.2vs2022 See also #34. Feedback is welcome.

Great, is it possible to provide an ARM version?

I wonder if this plugin works well with the Macbook Pro M1 trackpad.

I'm not using Visual Studio anymore, someone else has to step in if the VSIX is not compatible with other platforms.
