[Bug] no file named model_index.json

Hi, I have a problem loading the model. The error message is the following:

Error no file named model_index.json found in directory CompVis/stable-diffusion-v1-4.

The bug seems to be in the transformer library. However, I have no success when upgrading, upgrading or downgrading the library and I cannot find another source of error. The model file seems fine.
