[FR] add recurring notifications

In case a user has missed a notification, remind him. I.e. as in Notification+. I'd probably use Notification+, but it's very limited.

Ideally, I'd like to see a merge of the two apps )))

Adding a reminder and turning on the screen at an interval until the notification is cleared should be pretty easy. The only place it may get annoying is if an app creates a ongoing notification, I'm not sure if I will be able to differentiate between an on going and one time notification.

A user can turn such apps off in settings. If you don't mind, the recurring notifications should be able to sound, not just turn on the screen. Thanks a lot for positive answer, this gives me hope ))
