@MaximusPanin Try to reset settings to factory defaults.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything with this. CensorTracker controls only proxy in browser's scope.

The only thing we can do is to add an option "Use system proxy" which will make CensorTracker clear PAC settings.

It's not our priority task. If you have a better way to solve the problems that per-command envs solve then you can create PR.
