Remove all the outdated projects from lists

We must remove projects where the last commit was made larger than 1.5 years ago.

I got bored and created a script to detect stale repos. Usage:

./stale_refs /path/to/awesomo/**/*.md

Still polishing it but maybe we could add it here somehow?
