Willing to pay $200 to fix v1.2.13+ conversions

I'm willing to pay $200 if you create a converter that converts LevelDB (Windows 10 edition) maps to Anvil (Java edition) that are newer than 1.2.13 update (that use a new format).

OR just manually convert 1 LevelDB map of mine to Anvil. It doesn't have to be a full converter.

Offer still stands if anyone can do this. Main issue right now is the CURRENT file that's encrypted.
