UWPDesktopAnalyzer.dll could not be found

Hello, I am trying to use the WPF exampe for use of the Microsoft Surface Wheen. I get the Nuget package for uwp-desktop and when I compile I get an error: C0006: metadatafile (path)UWPDesktopAnalyzer cannot be found.
Any suggestions? Thanks
