Forwarded Emails

I forward all my delivery tracking emails to a shared mailbox. This means that the sender is of course no longer Amazon, DHL or anyone else. Is this integration dependent on the sender? Because at the moment it is not possible for me to see the forwarded emails/tracking information in the entity.

It would be great if forwarded tracking information would also be displayed.
