Response Error 500 on '0' minute events

For annual events like birthdays, i created a yearly recurring event in a day between 12:00 to 12:00 just to have a reminder for me to remember. All birthdays and special days are entered like this in my calendar. Calendar card works perfectly, except when it encounters one of these, it gives:

Response Error :: 500

and shows nothing else. I need to make all these events like between 12:00 to 12:01 one by one. Is there a way for calendar card to accept also these 0 minute events without any problem?

The error is:

vobject.base.ParseError: At line 33: DURATION must have a single duration string.
