Collapse / expand all categories

There is not way for now to collapse or expand all categories.

It would be useful to me to

• collapse all categories
• expand all categories
• have a default parameter to collaspe / expand all

By default all is expanded.

If I want to have an overview, I need to collapse every category by hand.
