Unable to log in Project Aid for Jira

Hi Support team,

On these days I'm facing an issue with the Project Aid for Jira tool.

previously I have logged this tool without any issues, but in the last few days when I try to log in, the following error occurs. could you please help with this?

• Could not connect to Jira Server! (429) Too Many Requests

Hi @sandun0402 this kind of error are straight as inidicated from the server. So apparently your used Jira selfhosted server doesnt allow many requests.

The admin of that Jira server would need to verify the API limits and increase them possibly. Nothing i could do on the add-on side of the things. sorry
