Not able to pull data for some of fields

Need help.

I have started using "Project Aid for Jira v1.4.7" and using "Refresh IssueTable" option to refresh the table (pre created Jira filters). Some of the existing fields values are not getting pulled from Jira and getting updated in the Google Sheet.

e.g.

-Say there are 100 rows/records with "Key", "Summary", "Geography", "Date" fields. Values for all these field are available in Jira.

  • "Key" & "Summary" is a system filed.

  • "Geography" & "Date" is a custom filed and added in "Configure Custom Fields" option.

  • Now when I am trying to refresh the table using "Refresh IssueTable" option, Values for "Key", "Summary" & "Date" are getting populated in Google Sheet where as "Geography" details is not getting populated.

Please suggest possible solutions for this.

Kindly help, becasue of this. I still need to update the missing details/fields manually.

And the geography field is a custom configured field?

Can you provide your debug user key, turn on debugging and perform once thus failing action pls. I can then investigate in the logs.
