Error in loading with my selfdata

Hi , I am trying to apply your code to my own datasets to build another scRNA database. However, it comes with the error in the gene embedding plot saying Faceting variables must have at least one value when I input a new gene instead of CD14. Does anyone know what happens ?

I also try to repeat the same error in the demo script provided here. Instead of outputing the "faceting error", it gives another error saying No input genes could be used!

I wonder what happended while running .
