Support 64bit

Hello liyuming1978 Hope you're doing well. I am working on android project and need to support 64bit. Your library worked well on 32bit, but when updating to 64bit, your file libDecRawso22.so & libDecRawso.so are still 32bit. Could you please help to upload 2 so files in 64bit? I know you didn't act on this site almost 3 years but hope you can hear our voice Thank so much Quy
