This tool only allows concatenation of bigwigs on the same chromosome. Is there any way to create an option to concatenate several chromosome specific bigwigs together? For example, if I have a chrom1.bw and a chrom2.bw sorted and in order, would it be possible to add an option to just concatenate the two?
