Feature Request: Add confirmation prompt before SFTP file transfer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When uploading or syncing files via SFTP, please add an optional confirmation prompt before the transfer starts. This will help prevent accidental uploads or overwriting important files on the remote server.

Describe the solution you'd like Sometimes developers mistakenly trigger SFTP upload (e.g., by saving a file or using “Upload on Save”). Without a confirmation dialog, large or sensitive files might be transferred unintentionally.
