Feature request: add support for separate config file

Could support be added so that a separate config file could be used rather than the User Settings file, similar to how your vscode-sftp extension works? e.g. something like remotefs.json or remote-fs.json, similar to sftp.json in vscode-sftp, along with related commands from vscode-sftp like SFTP: Config
