Support thumbsup data model

When we have that thumbsup data model then I suggest you support both (what you have already done, and the data model). My intention was to be able to export a thumbsup media folder to an external source (like s3 bucket) and the data model to hugo then use a hugo config setting to tell the shortcode where to look for the media defaulting to local static folder. I do this in my landing page already.
