Original HLS stream unreachable when subscriber stops

When publishing an RTMP stream, it gets turned to HLS automatically in the broadcasting node. If a viewer subscribes and then unsubscribes, the HLS stream in the broadcasting node disappears (but RTMP publishing will continue). We need the original HLS stream to be still available in case new subscribers want to join.
