Review & Deprecate go-livepeer Flags

Describe the bug There was recently confusion around using -objectStore, when -recordObjectStore was actually what was wanted. We should review whether there are other similar flags that can be deprecated / removed.

Expected behavior Only flags that are actively used / useful are present in go-livepeer.
