CLI reference page is missing some flags

Noticed cause MaxFaceValue was missing, but haven't checked for other missing vars. Should be aligned with https://github.com/livepeer/go-livepeer/blob/fdda451b119fdb7025cae670826a551e97189f12/cmd/livepeer/livepeer.go#L112-L211

To add to this it also misses the new --nodes flag. @j0sh wrote a small docs on it in https://www.notion.so/livepeer/Documentation-go-livepeer-nodes-27a0a3485687808488c4c111734711b0.
