Feature request: Pin grid size

From looking at the implementation of GridStage, it doesn't seem like there's a way to force grid size to "max" out at a certain threshold (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!).

My use case here is to force a maximum grid size of 2x2 to reduce network traffic out of my livekit instance.
