[BUG] inconsistency in log on starting template server

Describe the bug In the configuration file config.yaml the attribute template_base is specified, however the log of does not show the correct host

Additional context I have reviewed the source code and everything indicates that at the time of lifting the server the log message has not read the template_base. image

This is just starting the default template server - if you are using a custom template URL, this one will not be used
