Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My webpage runs smoothly on a desktop browser without any issues, but sometimes there are problems when recording on egress web. It would be great if I could use devTool to debug it

Describe the solution you'd like supoort devTool. (for example --remote-debugging-address)
