`isMobileBrowser` returns false in android tablets

What I'm expecting

isMobileBrowser helper should return true in all mobile browsers.

What I'm experiencing

it returns false in tablet models like Galaxy Tab S series

Reproduction

executing isMobileBrowser in a tablet browser

This may not be very important for a library aimed at real-time communication, but I just happened to see this problem :)
