Selecting Audio output in Prejoin

Describe the problem

We can select audio output inside the call, but not in PreJoin

Describe the proposed solution

Add select for audioOutput inside PreJoin and allow to send this into the room (if it makes sense). This would make our client's lives easier as they expect to set everything upfront
