E2ee support?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add support for e2ee in the same way as the online meet application does? https://github.com/livekit-examples/meet/pull/106

Or is this already possible? Using the ExternalE2EEKeyProvider from 'livekit-client'? But some example code for this would be helpful.

Currently the e2ee hooks for react-native aren't hooked up yet. They're on the roadmap, but might be a while.

Just wondering, it's been nearly 2 years to the day that I asked about getting e2ee for livekit react native and have been following it close since.
