Agent monitoring

During testing, I encountered an issue where my only agent was overloaded and subsequently failed to join the room. It would be beneficial to have a monitoring page for all agents. This page should provide something like:

• all the agents and their current load, threshold
• highlight the overloaded/offline agents This will allow for better management and visibility of agent availability and load status.
