Recently opened sections

Livebook does not currently remember any recently opened notebooks. We could store the list of all recently opened notebooks and show that on the "homepage" at the top, either above the "Explore" section or above the file picker section. This is similar to how VSCode shows the list of recently opened workspaces when opening an empty instance of it.

This is related to starred notebooks. Maybe we should have a unified UI for both.

How about after the "Running Sessions" section? That way it's not bang on your face when you open Livebook. However, seeing recently opened notebooks as the first thing you see is okay too.

Yes please! I believe it should show after Running Sessions. :) We need to keep the last 10 or so. :)
