Add clickable rows to dynamic tables

One idea is to introduce a meta attribute, called :link@kino, that when present makes the row clickable.

To make sure I understand: for instance if one cell contained a HTTP link, would it mean I could make it clickable? It would be helpful!

It is more about among the whole row clickable! We are not sure if we are going this route though. Note you can also use markdown to build HTML (and therefore tables).
