colmap issue

Excuse me, I'm asking you a question. The instructions are in 'Pose estimation on custom objects' 'python prepare.py --action sfm --database_name custom/mouse --colmap ', I did not find path-to-your-colmap-exe. I installed colmap in ubuntu18.04. Could you give me a hand?

It depends on how you install colmap. The executable files usually reside on the bin directory. Maybe, it already adds to your path variable so you may just use colmap?
