I think the network request blocks the main thread. Maybe you could try request data on global thread and perform dismiss on the main thread.

I just added NotificationIndicator only manually dismiss support at `version 1.1.7`. Only if user taps or swipes, will it dismiss.
No, not recently. The current model is not build for that, maybe it is hard to add api to update the progress.
