How to disable function arguments and local variable showing under function name?

Hello,

I have just use vista.vim recently. I have found one issue is that for python file, it will show function arguments and local variable under function name, but C file will only show function name, the global variable will show behind the name of functions. The way of C file showing is what I excepted. How can be implement it when open python file and just show the function name and global variables in Vista window?
