request a fix position of preview window

Hello,

I have just switched plugin from tagbar to vista.vim. But I have found one place I suggest can be changed.

If you look into the option g:vista_echo_cursor_strategy, if I set it to echo, the preview window will only one line height which is too small. I know there is one option floating_win which support popup window, but sometimes we prefer the fix position preview window. I suggest it can support the preview window which can be set the size of height and where can locate it.
