Add a note to a report
Hello,
This is wonderful! If there is any planned db changes in the future? It would be great if I could leave myself a small note about research done on any particular report right alongside the report with maybe a timedate stamp.

Yes, I'm planning database changes in one of the upcoming releases. I like your idea of notes. Is a filed with timestamp really necessary? Could you please describe your usecase?
It's not absolutely necessary, the use case I was considering is just because I'm forgetful, so dates and times help me recognize when I had inputted the note which can add more context of what my overall thoughts or considerations at any moment would have been. However, a single textbox would work just as well without date and time concerns to simplify storage. Opportunity to provide context at all is far more valuable.
I may have been thinking of it as a thread, as I imagined more than one person leaving notes rather than a single input textbox at the time of the request which I recognize is a much less iterative request to make at this stage.
