Scheduling Rooms for large installations.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For large community, BBB hardware requirements are expensive, so I would like to scheduling Rooms allocation to optimize and to limit at max rooms/partecipant.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Insert start date/time and duration in room creation form. In app config, define max rooms/partecipants weigth to limit scheduling.

Describe alternatives you've considered Post-registration in DB and sum resource allocated. (<max == permit scheduling, >=max warning message)

Additional context We use a scalelite installation with a few of nodes connected, but we would like don't saturate servers.

Thanks for your request. I'm not sure how this would play out in practice and I guess it's a special requirement, which is not used by many people. Therefore it's unlikely that I will implement this in the near future, but pull requests are welcome and I'm pleased to assist. If this feature is important for you, you can also sponsor it.

That would be an awesome feature! The best would be to be able as an admin to forbid users to launch their own BBB room without registering to one common BBB calendar first and to allow only a certain number of room to be launched at the same time depending on this particular calendar. So they can register their meeting at the last moment if no other room are already scheduled by others. Of course, if this calendar could display in nextcloud's calendar that would be the best integration system. I would not care about participant at first.I guess that would be a too big feature to dev but just this "my room can launch only if I scheduled my meeting on THE BBB calendar" would be already great!
