option to deactivate avatars download for internal nextcloud users

I just configured the avatar cache for big bbbrooms to mitigate the load problems on the https servers and I am hoping for improvements. However I still expect big loads for the proxyserver that is in front of nextcloud + avatarcache in my setup.

The easier solution would be to have an option to deactivate the avatars being downloaded from nextcloud, just like for guest users. Most of our internal nextcloud users didn't adjust their avatars in nextcloud anyway (for privacy reasons) So it is IMHO just an unnecessary problem for big rooms. Other opinions?
