Create custom transport to use Nextcloud http client

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently calls to the BBB server are using curl directly, but Nextcloud ships with it's own http client which can be configured to use a set of certificates, proxies and so on.

Describe the solution you'd like A custom transport for the BBB PHP API could be created, which is using the Nextcloud HTTP client.

Describe alternatives you've considered Get all related options from the Nextcloud config and configure curl accordingly.
