Allow to attach notes to recordings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you have many records it would be handy if you could add a short description to a record.

Describe the solution you'd like Field for notes for every recording.

Additional context Since recordings are always requested from BBB we would need to query the db for every record id and we have to make sure to delete orphan notes.
