Missing required field `sequence.interval` in example config

sequence.interval is marked as a required field in the config, yet the example config.yml does not use it. It would be nice for this example to use it to demonstrate how it should be used.

Additionally, this commit renamed time to eval_time, but time was not removed from the example config.
