Enhancements in Chaos Center: Multiple Project Owners and Log Download API
- There have been some requests from our users to add multiple project owners in the chaos center Refs- https://github.com/litmuschaos/litmus/issues/3958, https://github.com/litmuschaos/litmus/issues/4161
- Create an API to download logs
- Currently, the API docs have not been updated, We need to update the API docs also.

When they say artifacts I think they mean the logs from the chaos experiments and In the issue #4358 (chaos results and logs) are artifacts of chaos experiments. That's what I think the logs are about.
