Chaos Experiment Gui always shows active save button even if there was no changes made.

What happened: I am clicking on the Chaos Experiment Gui and it always wants me to click "Save": save_issue

What you expected to happen: Save button be "greyed out" when no changes are being made. Where can this issue be corrected? (optional)
