Add support for drag and drop

I would like to be able to easily stage and drop files between different apps.

In iOS 13, iPadOS is divided form iPhone so I'm working for it. It is planed to support next version.

FileProvider implement is needed for this feature. Allow to load add ccViewer in Files app #21

Might be if FileProvider is implemented this can be a low priority.
