feat!: propose different default pagackages for v3

Description

Modifies the following:

full - No longer installs everything. Previous it would include all of the ORMs, serialization backends, and logging plugins. It now installs the most common "full" configuration granian - New group to install granian cli - Renamed to schema_generation since the CLI tools are included by default now uvicorn - Added a separate group to install just the uvicorn deps piccolo - Added litestar-piccolo to the dep list.
